discovery
Bring sketches, references, a broken part, a CAD file — anything.
We meet by appointment, in person or on video, and ask the questions that keep a build from going sideways: what it mounts to, what it has to survive, how many.

design
We digitize, model or scan. You see renders and a quote before anything is made.
Nothing gets made until you've seen it. Renders, a drawing if it needs one, and a quote with options — material, finish, quantity.

fabricate
Print, cut, etch, route or mold. We iterate until it's right, then run the batch.
First article in your hands. We adjust fit, tolerance and finish with you, then run the rest.

deliver
Finished parts, plus the files. You own the design.
Pick up at the studio or we ship. The STEP, STL and drawings come with it, so you can reorder or revise anywhere.

How fast is turnaround?
Every job gets a date with the quote, before anything is made. Tell us when you need it and we'll say up front whether we can make it.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One-offs and low volume are our jam — a single replacement part is a normal job here, not an exception.
What files can I send?
STL, 3MF, STEP, SVG, DXF, AI and PDF all work. Only have a photo and dimensions — or just the broken part? That's enough to start; we can model it.
How does pricing work?
You get renders and a written quote before anything is made. No surprises.
Can you design it from scratch?
Yes. Bring a sketch, a photo, or an idea — we'll return a parametric CAD file you own, ready to print, cut, or machine.
Can I use my own material?
Usually, yes — especially for laser and CNC work. Tell us what it is in your request and we'll confirm it's safe to run.
Pickup or shipping?
Pickup at 2024 W Superior St. in Duluth (by appointment), or we ship anywhere in MN/WI and beyond.
